This is just the bulk-granular/liquids unloading portion of my 'Long Factory' (kuid2:124017:10053:1). One end of the pipe-bridge is not finished since it would normally be embedded inside a building and would not be seen; that building should be at least 21.6' (6.6m) high. I had originally created this for unloading granular plastic pellets from covered hoppers. It should be reasonably accurate for the unloading of any bulk granular product, and it could also be used as a facility for unloading liquid products from tank-cars.
